Many of the products
in this line of fine crystal and glass awards are individually made and
may contain bubbles, flow lines, or slight bumps on the rim. These qualities
are considered to be the definitive way of identifying a glass product which
has been handcrafted. We do not consider these to be defects and will not
consider them as reasons for replacement. Items described as full lead crystal
contain 24% to 32% lead content.
Production
Scheduling
Orders under 100 pieces
will be shipped within 5 - 14 working days(RUSH AVAILIBLE)of receipt of
the purchase order, art work, and deposit (if required). All orders are
subject to availability of the glass and the size of order. Production
will not begin until all pre-production samples and/or art proofs, if
