A polar camel is a stainless steel double wall insulated travel mug that can be personalized with laser engraving. Keeps beverages hot or cold longer.
Not from the cup itself. If it does, you need to replace it as it is a defect. If the lid is leaking, then you may need to replace the lid.
The cup is designed with very thick double wall insulation which keeps ice frozen longer, or your hot beverage hot longer because heat doesn’t escape as easily.
